Dear Mike, sorry for the trouble. Next time, please buy from other vendors. Honestly speaking, we feel exhausted and frustrated serving you with the two carts. I will not mention any detail just to save you grace. Just to point out, the third picture was from last shipment back in last August. This is very obvious as you can see the frame in the second picture. Also, the frame itself is not part of the cart and only meant to protect the cart and thus we don't guarantee that the frame is intact upon arrival.
